Well loved purse



I make cakes and my friend just had her 40th birthday this weekend. So 2 of us got together and made her cake. I got to make the outside and she made the inside. It was a very good cake. I made the cake to look like a well loved Coach purse. It was a big hit. The kids all wanted to eat the rivets (gold dragees). My friend really liked it too.

VC_rocks Blog hop- Hostess Gifts and other non-card projects

I'm starting this early as I'll be away from my computer for the weekend. I'm headed out of town to see my friend's son get married. So I'm setting up my part of the blog hop early. However, the rest of the people will have theirs up on Saturday and Sunday. Each one gets a gift that I make for them right at their party. Sometimes I make it in advance so it's ready when I arrive. Here's something I make for a hostess with younger children. This is the final blog hop for the summer of VC_Rocks. We're featuring punches, Simply Scored and Big Shot fun. Maybe you want to punch the matte too. Anyway. I own almost all of our current punches and have tons of retired ones as well. I have so many that I keep them in 3 locations.
