Last Chance

The retiring stamps and accessories list came out today. It's your last chance to get that stamp set you always wanted, the paper you love and can't live without, or the thing you needed to finish off the page you've been working on. Stamps sets are made by Stampin' Up! so they will be available through the end of June but accessories are only here while supplies last. You can order direct through my website (link on left) or through me. I will place orders as I get them to make sure that everyone gets what they want (hopefully). A few of my favorites are going and I will miss being able to use them at workshops but they will still be here to use on Open Stamp/Scrap days. I'm happy to say that there will be another Christmas card with Lovely as a Tree because they've kept it for us for another year. :D

Sunday, June 19th, 2-5:30 pm we will have a Last Chance stamp a stack. We'll make cards with our retiring favorites. Cost to be determined after I make the samples.

All you need is a stamp, ink, and some cardstock. Mostly I use 1 stamp set and a sentiment. I can write a short note on the inside or write it on a post-it so that it can be shared with another person or 2. I chose a new stamp set, Serene Silhouettes (page 75 of the new 2012-2013 catalog), to use on these cards. VC_rocks Blog hop- Hostess Gifts and other non-card projects

I'm starting this early as I'll be away from my computer for the weekend. I'm headed out of town to see my friend's son get married. So I'm setting up my part of the blog hop early. However, the rest of the people will have theirs up on Saturday and Sunday. Each one gets a gift that I make for them right at their party. Sometimes I make it in advance so it's ready when I arrive. Here's something I make for a hostess with younger children. VC_Rocks Blog Hop- Punches and Big Shot

This is the final blog hop for the summer of VC_Rocks. We're featuring punches, Simply Scored and Big Shot fun. Maybe you want to punch the matte too. Anyway. I own almost all of our current punches and have tons of retired ones as well. I have so many that I keep them in 3 locations.
